So you can select the programs that best match your needs, we offer you two easy ways to preview. You may preview select titles online by viewing streaming clips. For titles unavailable for online viewing, or if you are unable to make your decision by online viewing, you may order a Risk-Free 30-Day Preview.
The Risk-Free 30-Day Preview gives you a full 30 days from the ship date to preview programs. You are under no obligation to buy.
If you want to buy an item, simply keep it and pay the invoice included in your shipment. Or sit back and wait for us to bill you—we make it easy for you to pay with 30-day automated billing.
If you do not want to keep an item, simply return it within the 30-day preview period. We will credit your account in full for the items you return. You won’t owe us anything! Remember to include a copy of your invoice with your return. Of if you prefer, print and complete a Return Form.
We accept preview orders by phone, mail, or fax. When you are ready to order, complete and mail or fax an Order Form. Or call us directly at 1-800-326-2082 ext. 2. Remember to include a payment method with your preview order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and welcome purchase orders from public and private institutions.
45-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days of the ship date for a full merchandise refund.
If you would like to exchange your purchase, return it within 90 days for a full merchandise credit towards another purchase. Items are non-returnable after 90 days.
Once you request your password, programs on PowerPoint are non-returnable. License fees are non-refundable.

We may need to contact you directly if any of this information is not included with your order.

PRESENTATIONS ON POWERPOINT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Facility: Your purchase includes the right to make copies of the program for your staff, as needed, within one location. You cannot make copies for use by educators at other locations. Other locations must purchase the program from InJoy or an authorized vendor.
Private Educator: You may copy the program, as needed, for your use as an educator. And you may use it at all of the locations where you teach. You may not copy the program for use by other educators or for use by a facility. Facilities and other educators must purchase the program from InJoy or an authorized vendor.
The Password to Customize: This allows you to create your own custom program to fit your specific teaching needs. Upon purchasing it, you'll receive a unique password that opens up the program's editing features. You can then delete content, add content, and reattange slides. Once you request your unique password, programs on PowerPoint are non-returnable.

SEE WHAT YOU READ BOOKLETS
One Year Warranty
Your purchase is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defects in labor and materials. You have one year from the purchase date to return defective booklets. Before returning defective booklets, you must call Customer Care at 1-800-326-2082 ext. 2 for approval. We cannot accept returns that have not been pre-approved.
The lifetime and 3-year warranties do not apply to See What You Read books.
Returns: 45-Days to Return for 20% Restocking Fee
The booklets are returnable within 45 days of the ship date for a 20% re-stocking fee as long as they in new, sellable condition. The free sample is yours to keep. The charges for shipping product to you are non-refundable and must be paid in full. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and the full retail value of product that is lost or damaged in shipping. Custom folders are non-refundable. We encourage you to protect return shipments by insuring your shipment.
Multi-Shipment Contract Cancellation Fee
You may cancel your contract at any time; however this will result in a cancellation fee. We plan our print runs and storage needs based on the contract you signed. If you decide to cancel the contract, we must collect the fees associated with the print runs and storage of your order. You will need to pay 20% of the remaining contract balance. You will also need to pay the difference between the unit price of the quantity you agreed to purchase and the unit price of the quantity you actually purchased.

Same-day shipping is available for in-stock items if you call before 12:30 p.m. MST. If you call later than 12:30 p.m. MST your order will be shipped on the next business day for in-stock items.
Allow at least 2 weeks for processing and delivery when placing your order online—shipping times below are estimated.
UPS Ground: $10.00 for the first video and $3.00 for each additional video. Shipping and handling costs for See What You Read Booklets are .40 cents per unit. Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days for in-stock items.
UPS Expedited: $20.00 for the first video and $3.00 for each additional video. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days for in-stock items.
USPS (APO and FPO Addresses Only): $10.00 for the first video and $3.00 for each additional video. Shipping and handling costs for See What You Read Booklets are .40 cents per unit. Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. USPS is available for APO and FPO addresses only, otherwise orders are shipped via UPS. APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with US Navy installations.
Outside the U.S.: An estimated rate will be displayed; the actual rate will be determined at the time of shipment. If the actual rate is higher than the rate displayed, we will email you for approval prior to shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary, depending on location and the regulations of your country's customs department. You are responsible for charges incurred at customs. We strongly recommend researching your country's duty rates before placing your order.
